The 1. SmDLP (1. Smísený Dopravný Letecký Pluk / 1. Composite Transport Regiment) was based at Ostrava-Mosnov Air Base. It was equipped with a mixed fleet of An-12, An-26, Let 410 and Mi-17 until its disbandment in 1993.
